Това е и първата голяма стъпка от бутането на бившия паметник на културата, отписан незнайно защо като недвижимо културно наследство от списъците за защита през 2012г. С отписването недвижима ценност къщата е загубила статута си на защита, с което е отворена възможност за нейното събаряне. Предполага се, че с красивата сграда ще паднат и вековните чинари пред нея, тъй като те очевидно ще пречат на тежката строителна техника.

 

Днес се изясни и мистерията около попадналата на строителните заграждения около къщата подвеждаща информационна табела, която се отнася за друг проект, на друг имот, на съвсем друга улица- „Парчевич №2“.
