„Тиха и сладостна носталгия по черно-белите филми на XX век, по техния саундтрак и естетика, по наивните им, но автентични настроения – това е фокусът на новата ни концертна програма", повдига завесата за последния си концерт в любимия Пловдив през отиващата си 2023 г. джаз певицата Мирослава Кацарова.

Той е озаглавен „Paloma“ – точно като старата мексиканска песен. Една от любимите версии на Мира Кацарова на тази песен е на Каетано Велосо. 

"Внимателно и с любов съм избрала музикални теми, които ме изразяват и отговарят на идеала ми за песен: мелодична, красива линия, със съвършено втъкан текст в нея. В програмата съм подбрала песни с фини препратки към магическия реализъм на латиноамериканската култура като Cucurucucu Paloma, Samba de Bencao, Manha de Carnaval (Black Orpheus), Desafinado, Amapola, Mas Que Nada, Dindi и още други, повечето от тях свързани с филми. Миро Турийски е претворил стария музикален материал и преосмислил темите в него така че да звучи модернистично, но и носталгично и с уважение към оригинала“, разказва джаз дивата Мира.

През последните десет години тя създава ежегодно една нова концертна програма, която се отличава със специфичен музикален материал, нова звучност, силни, умни аранжименти, разказани истории. “Paloma”, както е заглавието на новата поредица от концерти, се появява след Singin’n’Swingin’, Desafinado, April In Paris, Cinema, Blue Moon Songs Of Billie Holiday, The New Standards, Electronic Dreams, Bluetronic, „Като в картина на Шагал“.

С нея на сцената тази вечер в 21 часа в Bee Bop Café ще бъдат още Мирослав Турийски (пиано), Младен Димитров (барабани), Александър Леков (бас) и струнен квартет Perfect – Ивелина Христова и Диляна Давидова (цигулки), Мария Венкова (виола) и Антоанина Юрганджиева (виолончело).
