Макар че френските макарони имат вековна традиция, те допиват популярност у нас едва в последните няколко години. Корените на този сладкиш ни отвеждат далеч във времето, чак до 15 век, а към днешна дата във Франция дори има Музей на макарона. Една млада двойка, обаче, решава да пренесе вековната история и в Пловдив, където отварят малка бутикова сладкарница, посветена на сладките изкушения и се казва „Бебба Макаронс“.

Зад „Бебба“ стоят двама лъчезарни млади души, Петър и Майя. Всичко започва, когато Майя се записва на сладкарски курс, за да изучи тънкостите в занаята. Тогава открива страстта си към френските макарони и дори след края на курса, тя продължава да ги прави вкъщи. Около година младата дама се е упражнявала в собствената си кухня, докато получи резултата, който цели, а именно мека вътрешност и хрупкава обвивка на макароните. Идеята за самото място се е зародила, когато приятели на двойката започнали да си поръчват от Майя макарони за най-различни събития, като рождени дни и сватби. И тъй като Петър е от Пловдив, решили да отворят „Бебба“ именно в града под тепетата.

Сладкарницата се намира на адрес ул. „Братя Миладинови“ 7А. Малка и уютна, тя се радва на своите посетители от септември 2016 година, а мненията на клиентите са повече от позитивни. За нас е важно клиентите ни да останат доволни и да се върнат отново, единодушни са Майя и Петър. И определено имат успех. Голяма част от хората в района ги посещават отново и отново, а други, живеещи в различни краища на Пловдив отиват директно при тях, за да опитат най-вкусните френски макарони в Пловдив.
