В "Поетика на образа” Национални есенни изложби 2019 Пловдив за първи път показваме съвместен проект. Акварелните рисунки, обекти и инсталацията са специално създадени за пространствата на къща Хиндлиян. За нас е важна връзката на художествените произведения с мястото им на представяне и взаимовръзките които се създават. В Маазата, Степан Хиндлиян е съхранявал своето имущество и богатства. Затова ние решихме работите които показваме там да са свързани с капитала, а във Верандата, където са спали прислугите му, се спираме на темата за бита и съвременните мечти на работника.

Целият проект сме назовали “Старите времена бяха по-добри”. Чрез влиянията на традицията върху съвремието разглеждаме темата “Поетика на образа” като една съвкупност от влияния на едно произведение с друго и със средата, в която то е показано. Винаги съм се интересувал от парадоксите на ежедневието. Причината да работя с голям набор от медии е подхода ми към темите върху които работя. В началото е темата, след което идва идеята и накрая избирам подходящата медия за реализация. Целя да посочвам моментите в които се появяват пукнатини в обществен, политически и социален план. Тези пространства често пъти се ръководят от художници или млади куратори, които вкарват разнообразие и дават възможност за изява на 98-те процента от художниците които не стигат до музеите и галериите.
