Димитър Туджаров — Шкумбата е български комик. Още преди промените, по време на комунизма, чрез своя хумор той успява да изрази чувствата и отношението на хората към правителството и строя. След 10-ти ноември 1989, Шкумбата става още по-популярен. Той е един от първите комици, които следват западния модел на one man show представления.

Първата му роля е във филма "Дисонанси"(1981) на режисьора Александър Раковски, продуциран от БНТ. От 1996-1999 г. той има самостоятелни хумористични рубрики в предаванията "Добро утро" и "Събота късен следобед". В БНР от 1996-1998 г. води своя рубрика "Неделя късен следобед". От 1997-1998 по канал 7 дни води собствено шоу "Шоуто на Шкумбата". Той е автор на много продукции и моноспектакли, някои от които са: "Смях до сълзи", "Тежко е, но няма как!", "Животът иска жертви, но няма да сме ние", "Параграф 23". През 1996 излиза първата авторска хумористична книга "Шкумбата се смее", която е преиздадена няколко пъти. През 1995 излиза първата му не апокрифно, а легално издадена аудио касета със заглавие "Първо частно-честно нелегално радио". През 2000 г. издава CD "Тежко е, но няма как!" (продуцирано от MUSICAUTOR, БМК), в което всички текстове и изпълнения са авторски.

Има многобройни участия и самостоятелни шоупрограми в много страни по света от Русия през Мароко до САЩ. Играе на френски, английски и други езици.
